We do not offer physical (boxed) products.

How can I find a local reseller of your products?

There are no local resellers selling our instruments. They can only be purchased via direct download from our website. Buying from any other source is considered illegal.

I never purchased a download-only product; how do I pay and receive the products? Is it safe?

Once you complete the online transaction (see below), you will receive an email (usually within a few seconds) containing all the necessary links for our product(s): content files for PC and Mac, installation guides, and more. It's crucial that you enter your email address correctly during checkout; misspelled email addresses won't work!

The online transaction is completely secure. If, for any reason, you can't download the files, you will receive a refund. However, this has never happened so far.

What if I cannot download the files?

How many times can I download the files? How long are the links valid?

The links you can view after the transaction and receive by email are valid for 1 month. During this period, you can download as many times as needed.

Can I pay from my computer at work, and get the download at my home?

What is “Kontakt” or “Kontakt Player”?

Our instruments are carefully designed and programmed on an advanced platform licensed by Native Instruments, a company based in Berlin. Kontakt, available in the full version or as the free read-only Kontakt Player, which you can download from our website, serves as the core of our software. It can be used as a standalone application or as a plugin in virtually all possible setups. You can easily integrate Kontakt into your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) such as Sonar, Cubase, Nuendo, and many others.

Where can I download the Kontakt Player?

You can download the Kontakt Player by accessing our "Kontakt Software" page in the menu. We're here to make the process as straightforward as possible for you to start enjoying our amazing musical features!

Do you grant any educational discounts?

Our prices are set at the lowest possible level. They are the same for everyone - we do not have special prices for specific user groups. We want to ensure that everyone has access to the same opportunity!

I completed the purchase, but realized that I entered a wrong email address. What shall I do?

If you have entered an incorrect or misspelled email address, the system will be unable to send the purchased content or communicate with you. However, don't worry, it's not a major issue. Please contact us to let us know about the error, and we'll be happy to help resolve it for you.

Is there any demo or trial version of the instruments?

Unfortunately, we do not offer trial or demo versions due to various technical reasons, including copy protection mechanisms.

However, we have done our best to showcase our instruments in numerous demonstrations, many of which are created by our customers themselves. This transparent approach has proven to be perfectly adequate, providing more than enough information for potential buyers.

Technical aspects

What if I lose all the files?

If you haven't backed up your data, or if the backup is no longer available or not working, please send us an email with the name(s) of the lost product(s) associated with the order number. We will create new personalized product download links for you. Please note that this service requires additional work and server space, so there is a small fee associated with it. To avoid this charge, we recommend making an immediate backup of the downloaded files, for example, on a CD/DVD or another device.

If you already have the Kontakt software, which versions do I need to use your instruments?

Our instruments are compatible with Kontakt full version 5.8 or later. If you're using Kontakt Player, don't worry, you can still enjoy our products by following the steps on our kontakt software page.

May I use your instrument(s) on more that one system?

Absolutely! Our instruments were developed in the full version of Kontakt. The great thing is that libraries built in this version don't require serial numbers, so you can install them on multiple systems without any restrictions or activation limits.

What if I buy a new computer? Can I move the software to the new computer?

Of course, you can install our products on as many computers as you like. This is a completely legal procedure provided to users of the full version of Kontakt. We want to make using our instruments as easy as possible for you!

What are the file sizes I have to download?

The information about the size of each file can be found near the purchase button on the product page, right above the price.

How much disc space do I need?

Unlike conventional sample libraries that require gigabytes of pre-recorded samples with fixed articulations, our instruments require much less disk space because it's our technology that makes the samples 'come to life' and creates various articulations.

The instrument size on your disk, after installation (excluding the Kontakt software), will be approximately the same as the downloaded product files mentioned above.

My studio computer is not connected to the internet. Can I use your instruments?

Our products don't require online activation, so you can use them without internet access. We want you to have the freedom to create music wherever you are!

What operating system do I have to use?

You can use our products on both Windows and Mac computers, depending on which operating system your Kontakt is installed on. We want to give you the flexibility to make music on whichever platform you prefer!

Can I play your instruments on a wind controller? Which one is the best?

Our instruments work wonderfully well with wind and breath controllers. To further enhance the experience, we've introduced the 'Wind and Breath Controller Mode.' Our customers have confirmed excellent responsiveness and intuitive control of the instruments. Which wind controller is the best? Well, that's a matter of personal preference. The most commonly used ones are the Roland Aerophone and the AKAI EWI. The choice is yours to explore and make the most of!

Can I use this product with a MIDI controller keyboard?

Absolutely! Our product is fully compatible with MIDI controller keyboards. You can use it without any issues and make the most of all its features.

Which operating systems are supported by your products?

Our products support a variety of operating systems. On PC, you can use Windows 7, Vista, or XP, whether in 32 or 64 bits. If you're using Windows, it's essential to have the latest Service Pack installed. On Mac, our products work on Intel-based systems, covering Mac OS 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, and also OS X 10.9 to 10.12

Can I use your products on a PC running Windows 10?

Yes, our products are compatible with Windows 10 as long as you have the latest Service Pack installed. They are also compatible with Windows 7 and 8.

Is there any difference in product functionality between 32-bit and 64-bit systems?

Our products offer full functionality on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems. The choice between them depends on your system specifications and personal preferences.
